Viniyoga Yoga
The yoga practice of viniyoga emphasizes the adaptation of
yogic tools (posture, breath, and mind) to individual needs. It has its origins in the lineage of the renowned yogi Krishnamacharya and his son TKV Desikachar.

Sivananda Yoga
A moderately strenuous yoga style that emphasizes not only asanas (postures) but pranayama (breath-control), relaxation, dhyana (meditation), mantra (chanting), and vegetarianism.

Iyengar Yoga
A yoga style that is very concerned with the alignment within an asana using straps, blocks, and cushions to facilitate students who lack flexibility.

Ashtanga Yoga
Can be a very challenging yoga style that utilizes dynamic changes from one asana to another to create a flow or vinyasa of movement while concentrating on pranayama and gaze points (drishti).
